I welcome you to the Continuous People Management Program. Transitioning into a management role for the first time does not need to be hard. But it takes forethought and the ability to be introspective and self-regulatory. It's not business as usual because now, even though you may already have longstanding and strong relationships at work, the expectations are different. It's important that you realize that your focus needs to shift. Successful managers engage in open and ongoing communications. And it doesn't matter if the issue is company-wide, department specific, or about a specific employee. When you take the time to communicate, you create an environment of trust and respect. Employees who feel valued will give back to you more than you ask. People Management has become more increasingly challenging as the new work place has 5 different generations working at the same time having totally different perspectives and orientation. The pains of leadership is becoming more than the gains when managers are not exposed to People Management programs.
The program is at 2 Levels: Stepping into Management for the Middle Level Managers and the Senior Management Leadership for the Senior Managers. At each level, we shall explore an online Leadership Profiling of different kinds aligned with Personality profiling to identify the specific strengths and weaknesses of each manager with the aim of helping to close the gaps in one-on-one counseling and classroom sessions. At each of the levels we shall have a 2-day Classroom sessions to unlock and enhance leadership potentials and capabilities.
I look forward to a great time as we take this journey together.
Please proceed to register, complete the online profiling and see you soon at the classroom sessions and the one-on-one counseling session.
